Definitely Avoid!! This company was responsible for the commissioning of the Air to Heat Pump in my new build. Turns out they did an appalling job of it all in the name of cutting corners. Not only were there parts missing, but they didn't even add any antifreeze to the system, which during winter months was a very risky thing to do, which could of resulted in thousands of pounds in damage. They tried to wriggle their way out by playing the 'but the solution depletes over time' card, but whilst a small top-up may be required from time to time, the unit had only been in use for 9-10 months so should not have been completely empty! Furthermore, it would cost a few hundred pounds to have it refilled, which would contradict the point of having a supposedly efficient system in place designed to save you money if you have to pay that amount to maintain it every 9-10 months. I've also sought advice from various experts who all say that if the system was completely empty, then no glycol was added in the first place. The company have also been unable to provide any evidence of adding the glycol. Other people on the estate have also have had similar issues which suggests pattern of behaviour. They were simply cutting corners and counting on people not having the system serviced, but unfortunately they've been found out. Airway group have been contacted via the developers and they failed to rectify the issue. I have also recently reached out to them and they couldn't be bothered to respond to the email. All in all, after getting nowhere, I've now got to pay out over £500 of my own money to rectify this situation because of these cowboys. Avoid at all costs!!

We had a visit from Keiron to service our air con necessary to the comfort of my disabled husband. Keiron was very pleasant, very thorough and completed the service very efficiently. We would welcome Keiron back for our annual service.

Just completed a three day install of air conditioning at my home and incredibly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of my installers. The work was completed very neatly with minimal disruption, the installers were highly professional (more so than some tradespeople you find these days), and despite a slight issue on the last day worked quickly to diagnose and resolve the problem. Very impressed with the service received from Airway!

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
