I used Alderminster for 3 small plumbing jobs and asked them to diagnose issues with underfloor heating. They did the small jobs but not the UFH, which admittedly they did not charge for. I have been attempting to get them to quote for return visit to sort this out but they're really not interested and have not replied to my detailed email which included thermal images of the problem, so I won't be using them again.
Competitive quote from really good people who obviously know what they are doing. A joy to deal with and ready to explain any question in detail. Really tidy fitting with no fuss. Worked first time and already saving ££££. Would recommend to anyone who asks without reservation.
We have been very happy with Alderminster Group & the professional job they have done so far. The service we received was well noted & appreciated. From start to finish, the team was respectful and kept everything clean. It is refreshing to see such a dedicated work ethic. We feel confident recommending the Alderminster Group & we would happily use them again. Thank you James & Tom!
