From Natalie handling our calls & emails the communication was first class. Nothing was to much trouble through my (many) problems. We had two lovely gentleman who came with a wealth of knowledge, settling some anxiety around our boiler system, highlighting regular issues to watch out for and diagnosed/fixed each issue promptly and efficiently. Nothing was ever to much trouble. 1000% will use again.

Today I have had a new toilet and vanity unit fitted and an outside tap. I am extremely happy. From the initial call, to getting the quotation and a courtesy message the day before customer service has been excellent throughout the entire process. Arrived exactly at the agreed time and worked extremely hard for several hours until an excellent job was completed. It was a bit of a challenge, as none of my walls are straight, but with a lot of perseverance the end result is great. The supplied toilet is of great quality, along with the outside tap. Very happy with the end result, at a very reasonable price for the work. Can highly recommend!

Superb service and highly recommend. We were experiencing several issues including our boiler cutting out, hot water valve sticking and 2 radiators not warming up. Called on a Tuesday, they visited the following day with quick diagnosis of the issues and the work was completed on the friday, nice and warm ready for the weekend. Professional, knowledgeable and left tidy and clean. They ensured they tested and checked on all of the work thoroughly before they left. Great reliable company after being let down by others and will know where to go in future!

Used AMS for the last few years when servicing the boiler. Very reasonable price to be fair, £79 for a service and safety check. They show up on time, and unlike a lot of people I have used in the past, they actually answer the phone! You can speak with a real person, not an answering machine. This time of year there's usually a few weeks wait for a slot, and originally I was booked in with a three week lead time. I had left it late to book a service and I was going to be outside the 12 month limit on my boiler warranty. When I explained this, the lady I spoke with put me on hold for a minute to look at their bookings, then came back with a new appointment just within the time limit. Now that's good customer service!

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
