Excellent- I have had the internal wall insulation done by Paul and his 2 sons and I cannot praise them enough for the excellent work they have done. Everything is perfect, walls look fabulous, they covered everything with plastic sheeting which meant that there was minimal mess, they were extremely polite, very well mannered and always cheerful and smiling and very respectful of my home. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Paul and his sons to do any future work. Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job. Also a big thank you to Samantha, Bekkah and Michaela. Brilliant communication from the 3 of you. It all seemed fine when arranging to come and install the boiler and cavity wall insulation, pretty swift installation. Than the problems. 1, The cavity wall insulation team smashed there drills through our living room wall not once but twice! They patched the hole up but the front room needed redecoration afterwards which they refused to pay for. 2, The Boiler team didn’t solder a pipe in the loft properly causing a waterleak into the bedroom below ruining the wall paper and leaving mould on the wall, we got a quote for the redecoration of £500, they offered £125 only for both these rooms which is totally unacceptable. We went through there complaints procedure, they did not follow there own procedure, they did not reply, they did not attempt to resolve the issue by the end of the complaint date leashing us to constantly chase them. So over the weeks after the boiler system had been fitted it was loosing pressure all the time, I was having to go in the loft to top it up every few days, we paid for them to come out to change a radiator and found that they had not tightened up a connection which leaked and warped a wooden radiator cover. After that the system was still loosing pressure, I have no faith in Borthwick and could not afford to pay them to look into this so I set about finding this myself, after weeks of pulling up floor boards I found a stop tap under the floor boards next to the old pump they had removed was not even tight and was dripping water every few seconds, I fixed this myself. Then in the winter there was a constant noise from the loft, I investigated and the condensate pump was red hot and constantly running, I removed the pipe and the pump was working but the pipe was blocked so I traced the pipe through the eves in the loft and found the the pipe had been fed through a higher level clip with no support which had kicked the pipe a bit and it was not lagged properly and had frozen, so I had to rig a heater up to defrost the pipe, refit the pipe support and re-lag the pipe so it would not freeze again. In Short I would not recommend this company, they seem to thrive on high volume poor quality installations with little or no aftercare. Not many people could do the work I have done to put right the problems borthwick caused and our bedroom still has mould on the wall and still needs decorating - I am sure other companies provide this installation service Borthwick provide, my advice is find them and steer clear if this company at small costs

Poor customer services! Poor installation! Wish I wouldn’t have used this company! No care was taken of my property or belongings, inside my property nothing was covered during works all my furniture covered in dust and scratched from being used as a tool shelf. Been left with a system that barely heats my house and issues with works still unresolved. Would certainly not recommend to anyone

Wow what a fantastic company. We are incredibly pleased with the wall & loft insulation. Also the fitting of sensor extractor fans and window vents. The staff were all very polite and hard working. They even hoovered after finishing the work. We are 100% happy. Thank you very much Borthwick Group.

Having nothing but problems people already been out twice and having ti report same fault again. Plumbers that come out are polite and efficient but tge same problem occurs again the following day
