Highly Recommended – Fantastic Experience with CRG Direct After having my hybrid heat pump & solar panels installed by CRG Direct, I can honestly say the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the very first enquiry to the completed installation, the team was skillful, professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful. If you’re thinking about installing heat pump & solar panels, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CRG Direct. Their customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at CRG Direct for such a fantastic job!
Great communication from the start of our experience to the end. Well co-ordinated by the office staff, electricians, loft insulator and the scaffolding team. Very professional. Steve and Alan were absolutely amazing, they took the care to ensure the installation was to an exceptional standard, taking the time to explain the app and how it works. We would highly recommend.
CRG knocked on our door as we were in a postcode area able to get solar panels on a government grant. It took several weeks and some research to believe it was true. Since then they have been brilliant, in particular the installation. Their team was very professional and friendly, mark of a good company!
I called CRG Direct as I was having a problem with my Givenergy inverter. The following day Sharni called to sort out my problem who incidentally was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am very pleased I called this company. As and when I have my next problem I will be calling them.
CRG have just installed both a heat pump and solar panels. It was a 3day event with many workers involved. we have to say how pleased we were with the professional way the work was carried out. The work force were both polite and very informative. Before they left we were given a comprehensive overview of the instructions on how to use the equipment. The experience was 5 Starr and highly recommend anyone looking at upgrading there home energy appliances
