Best plumbers ever!!! We finished my bathroom this week and I couldn’t be more happy. D Rose have been absolutely amazing. From helping to source just the right items to fitting in everything I wanted and helping make it all absolutely perfect. The lads were amazing, polite, clean and tidy and everything works perfectly. Would recommend a million percent. Thank you so much for such an amazing job D Rose. I will be telling all my friends and family to use you in the future.

Well where to start….. im still speechless with how this company deal with customers. Beware the plumber that attended my new build “just live with the problem” the office staff are frustrated bad tempered ladys ( termed lady i use loosly). Ive requested with the builder a different contractor, as theres no way at any cost i would have these people back in my home or any of my properties.

Shockingly bad company. I live in a new build and the developer is using them to correct work that wasn’t done right at the install stage. I’ve had a noisy vibrating boiler which I’ve been reporting for 15 months to the developer. This has been checked previously by D.Rose who said it was fine and it’s just a noisy boiler brand. It was only my persistence that got the actual install checked after being fobbed off several times. Upon checking the install it was found that the pipework at the back of the boiler was too long and in contact with the plasterboard of the wall of the adjoining room and also the pipework wasn’t lagged. This was causing vibrations from the boiler to travel through and up the wall (the issue I’ve been reporting for 15 months and had been told wasn’t an issue by D.Rose). There was also a leak on the condenser pipe inside the wall which would have caused significant damage over time if we hadn’t found it by chance whilst looking for the source of the vibration. An appointment was made for D.Rose to attend and rectify the pipework today. This was a 9am appointment, the plumber arrived significantly early and I was still sleeping when he arrived as I’m a shift worker and had to set an alarm to get up for the appointment time. By the time I got up, after he’d woken me up, he’d already left, a full 30 minutes before he was even due to be here and didn’t come back at the actual appointment time. A plasterer that was booked to arrive a couple of hours after the plumber, had to be sent away as he can’t carry out the work until the plumber has attended. He’s effectively wasted another tradesmen’s whole day as well as mine. When I texted the number back that had called me at 8:25am to see if he was coming as the plasterer was waiting, I noticed I had historical messages from the last time this plumber was sent to my property (Nov 25), when he also arrived before the appointment time and woke me up then too. I also received no reply to that query.

Con artists trying to get out of liability for shoddy workmanship when contracted to install shower units for a house builder, even after proof of incorrect installation after a warranty claim was provided! Avoid like the plague!
