We recently had solar panels fitted by Future Renewables and are delighted with the work and follow up support given by this company. We visited the Self Build Show in Belfast back in September to find out about solar panel companies in N Ireland. There were quite a few exhibiting that day and we spoke to most of them. We felt more confused and weren’t inspired to go with any of the companies until we heard Neil from Future Renewables being interviewed in a question and answer session. We sought out the FR stand and met Richard who had the same no nonsense, knowledgeable, straight talking approach that we saw in Neil and this is what we had been looking for. Richard is very down to earth and explained everything in a way we understood. His background in building made us feel he really knew what he was talking about and understood concerns we had about our roof. Shortly after this, Richard visited our home and it wasn’t long before we accepted the quote and the process of fitting the solar panels got under way. One of our main concerns about installing solar panels was regarding follow up support. This company is excellent at looking after customers following installing. Future Renewables fitted my original 4kw solar system in 2015, over the last 9 years they have maintained the system to achieve the optimum performance. There has been 2no. optimisers and an inverter fail but there was no issue with the long standing warranty provided on the quality materials and these items were replaced with no issues. They had me up and running in no time. 2 years ago I added a battery system with Future Renewables to use a greater amount of the energy generated. The quality installation was completed and the system has been helping reduce our carbon footprint and costs without issue until last week. A quick call to Future Renewables and they had dialled in to the system within a few hours fixed the software bug and had the system fully functioning again. A real credit to the team and a positive customer service experience. Thanks again.
