I wanted to upgrade my home heating system with something that future proofs my home that's sustainable and which can save me money long term. From start to finish, the experience with Greenlands was exceptional. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain how I can claim £7500 on the BUS (Boiler Replacement Scheme) and how the air source heat pump system would work. Within a week and appointment was made at my convenience and Maldwyn visited my home and conducted a free thorough design and survey whist again answering any questions or queries I may of had, at no point was there any pressure to go ahead with the installation. Once all the information was provided I booked them in. The installation process was smooth and completed on schedule. Chris and the installation team were courteous, tidy, and clearly experienced. They handled every detail and my home with care and consideration from start to finish. The system runs quietly and efficiently and looks amazing. What really stands out also is the team went above and beyond nothing was to much trouble and the aftercare I'm receiving is a breath of fresh air It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. I highly recommend Greenlands to anyone considering a switch to an air source heat pump solution.

I recently received some Air Source Heat Pump training from one of their design engineers, and I can honestly say it was put together really well, and very informative. Every aspect was covered, from the design, installation and commissioning of the heating systems. Everything was covered, and every question answered. These guys really do know what they are talking about when it comes to renewable technologies.

Fantastic ASHP training delivered by Mal. Clear, concise industry knowledge shared with an already experienced team, that provided an up-skill opportunity. Experience is so so important in this emerging and fast paced green domestic heating solution; Greenlands have this in abundance and can advise on all needs around this move that supports NET ZERO move in the UK. Thank you.

We had solar panels fitted by Greenlands less than 2 years ago which I believe are still working ok. However we are disappointed the mesh around the panels have proved to be inadequate and have developed holes causing a pigeon problem. Floorboards taken up during the fitting of the panels and have been left wonky and in need of refitting. The guys who fitted the panels left rubbish of drink cans & empty cigarette packets on our the driveway. Greenlands have been informed of our dissatisfaction & disappointingly our complaints have been ignored.

We qualified under the government green homes grant for PV Solar panels and Greenlands Heating were assigned to our area to fit the panels and inverter. Greenlands initially wanted to by pass the site visit to our home and just do an installation from pictures, we said no we didn't want this we wanted a site visit which they arranged. Their fitter Darren came to do the site visit, great guy knew his stuff and advised us and answered all our questions, this visit restored our faith in this company. Darren left us telling us that he would get Steve to contact us, well Steve never did and we never spoke to Steve. We heard nothing from Greenlands so I telephoned them and tried to Speak to Steve and was just told that he wasn't in or at lunch and would telephone us back, he never did. The last conversation I had with Greenlands was with Hannah who told us that they couldn't get anyone to erect scaffolding to install the panels on our roof, in our area, when I asked who they were trying to contact she couldn't tell me. She said that they were handing the job back to city energy as they couldn't do it. When my husband arrived home he said that Darren had told him he has scaffolding on his van so why were they looking to get a local company to erect it when Darren said he used what he carried in his van for installations. This company lied to us and missed out on a great job as we were wanting to buy two batteries from them so would have got more money from the job but I never got to speak to anyone to discuss this apart from Darren and he couldn't give us any prices etc as he was the fitter. We are now awaiting a new company being allocated to us by City Energy to install our solar panels. I have given this company one star due to being lied to and the lack of communication from them and not having any time for us and criticising where we live in the south west of England. You would think this company would be grateful for the work but just don't seem interested. I just could not recommend Greenlands Heating.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
