We called H D Plumbing and Heating on Monday after a previous company left the boiler filling key in place, which caused water to pour out when we tried to remove it. As we weren’t going to be at the property, this was a real concern. Tom came out promptly the very next day, diagnosed the issue straight away, and replaced the filling key with a much simpler and safer system. He also went above and beyond by fixing a broken catch left by the previous company, who hadn’t even put any screws in, leaving everything out of line. Tom was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout. Pricing and call-out charge were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend H D Heating & Plumbing and will be using them going forward

We have used Tom and his team on several occasions now. His customer service, flexibility and professionalism is second to none. We used Tom most recently in April when we had to get our gas disconnected to remove a gas oven before moving house. Tom’s assistant James identified a gas leak in our boiler and he and Tom identified the problem, sourced new parts, fitted them and made our boiler safe all within an afternoon. We cannot recommend Tom highly enough and will definitely be using his services in our new property.

Tom and Craig have completed a fabulous Bathroom refurb for us in time for Xmas. They work fantastically together and possess all of the qualities so often missing with today’s Trades. Honest, assiduous, clean, knowledgeable I cannot recommend them highly enough. As a consequence of doing a complete heating system change and the bathroom, they will be doing our kitchen in the near future

We contacted Tom at H.D,Plumbing after they were recommended by a neighbour, from the very first phone call we felt confident that we had made a good choice . Tom was polite friendly and professional and when he came to give us an estimate for the work required he could not have given more help and advise than he offered . The date to carry out the work arraigned and on the day Dave and Dan came to our home . Both of them were excellent ,their workmanship was first class and when they left our home was as clean and tidy as it was when they arrived . The polite friendly and professionalism shown by Tom was carried on by he's staff. I can not recommend them enough .

Having had a new boiler fitted last year by Tom Hobbs and his team we asked Tom to replace two bathrooms for us. We were delighted with the boiler replacement and were even more pleased by the work done in our bathrooms - they have been transformed. The team are professional, polite and very hard working and the finished result is excellent. They respected our house and ensured the job was completed on time. To say we are pleased is an understatement. Tom is great to deal with and a good communicator. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Craig who works alongside him.
