HCE have been brilliant from start to finish. We used them for our self build with underfloor heating and Heat pump. They helped us get the government grant. Dave and the install team were great. It was nice to see how much pride and care they had in their work. Would highly recommend!

We recently had a Heat Source Air Pump fitted, to say it was an experience is putting it mildly! I had anticipated it being a somewhat stressful time with the work taking nearly two weeks. However, this was simply not the case. It was entirely down to the calibre of the team who did the work. Professional, polite, friendly and very good natured, all possessing a great sense of humour. The team showed a high level of respect for our home which was greatly appreciated. As you can see from the photo it was lovely to share a drink with Dan, Declan and Graham before they left. I should add, that whilst they appear to be akin to The Three Musketeers, Dave, who is absent from the photo came the next day to finalise the paperwork and confirmed his status as D’Artagnan! Thank you all so much for doing such a great job! You make terrific ambassadors for the company.

We used HCE to have the first service on our air source heat pump. The help and advice given to us by Dave Jones was first class. He made the necessary adjustments to our system which our initial installers had not informed us about. We can now use the heating system confidently knowing that it is working efficiently and not costing way above what it should be. I would highly recommend this company and only wish we had used them to install the system as they would have explained it to us properly.

Very knowledgeable and helpful during the initial survey, including heat loss calculations and expected running costs, this greatly assisted our decision to proceed. The installation was completed over 4 days, the team were excellent, particularly towards workmanship, and commissioning of the system. Disruption was kept to a minimum, which was a key request of ours due to installation in the wintertime. The heat pump has now been installed for over a month, and the house is at a constant temperature with impressive efficiency. Would certainly recommend this company for heat pump installations.

From the initial survey through to the installation, this Company were prompt competent and very professional. The installation team worked extremely hard and the job was done in a quicker time than they expected. we were very impressed by their performance and their consultation at every stage of the work.
