My last review after installation was 5 stars - they seemed excellent at installing a new solar hot water heating system at the end of February. However since installing there have been three leaks of the fluid which have also damaged some electrical equipment. Today I received an invoice for me to pay for the last repair! I had to double check it wasn't April fools day! Needless to say this will not be paid!
They were able to fit us in quite quickly and were very efficient, polite and hard working. Excellent communication and standard of work. Non obtrusive, meaning we could continue to work from home whilst they were working on our boiler. Even our dogs liked them. In addition, they tidied up after themselves. Highly recommended. They were so good that we got them back to do another two jobs.

I found leak in the pipework around my boiler. Within 3 hours of my call to Heating & Boilers an engineer was on site. He fixed the leak and found another problem which he fixed as far as he could today. This is not the first time H&B have responded quickly. Great service, thank you all.
Excellent service, and to be recommended. Dion and Kyle (sorry if I have misspelt their names) worked quickly and really efficiently to recondition our heating system. Very pleasant guys, and pleased with the end result; we now a system working so much better than before.
