David was sent over by our property manager. He came as assured on time and took the time to study what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. When he came for the repairs he came fully equipped and cleaned the place up before the repair and also after the repairs. A complete professional I would use his services again and would definitely recommend his services to others.

Came out next day after another plumber had been previously and not fully resolved the issue. Diagnosed the issue straight away and called the manufacturer of the boiler to escalate the issue as it was under warranty. Highly recommend

David has been our family’s go-to plumber for years. He is reliable, trustworthy, and has never let us down. He recently, at very short notice, dealt with my elderly Mum’s boiler, which was leaking. She too has been a customer of his for years. He went round to cut off the water supply and see if he could repair it. Unfortunately, after 18 years, a new boiler was needed and he dealt with us in his usual professional and polite manner, keeping us informed of what was needed and when it was happening. His team, Will and Riley, are a credit, they turned up early and worked hard all day fitting the new boiler. They were respectful, courteous, kind and patient and took the trouble to explain the new system to us as well as my Mum, taking away the old boiler to dispose of it. They cleaned up and left everything as they found it. Couldn’t ask for a better service, at a fair and reasonable price. Great communication about payment too. Highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We highly recommend all aspects of the work undertaken by David and his Company. Both him and his employees are fantastic. We have used them for Commercial and domestic work ranging from boiler instillation to maintenance and are so impressed with the quality of service / responsiveness / and price that we would like to endorse and highly recommend their service and feel compelled to leave a review. Nothing is too much trouble and we always receive really helpful advice as well as professional and prompt service from them. Our heating is an essential service that we need to ensure is working 24/7 for our customers and for us. It has been a struggle to find a company to meet our demands. To be totally honest we have struggled to find anyone who is as responsive and as thorough as we would like. We would highly recommend the service that Joycey Gas provides. Dave and Will have just installed a brand new boiler for us this week and from calling them out to the installation of our new boiler we cannot thank them enough for their efficiency in getting us a warm home again! They kept us up to date with their arrival time and informed on the issues and options available in regards to the work. Quotes were given promptly and were very reasonable with different options of boilers given so we could choose one within our budget. They were professional and polite at all times and had a fantastic work ethic in making sure the job was completed to the best possible standard. All rubbish was cleared and the work space tidied on completion with information given on how to operate the boiler. Thanks again.
