What can I say but fantastic 👏. Arrived on the island yesterday and had issues with the gas regulator on my motorhome. After a cold night of me hitting and banging things to no avail . Phoned Lewis Builders at 2pm the guy said just head to the yard we will take a look straight away. Arrived, true to his word had the tools out and regulator whipped off in jig time, he then went to another local store to grab a replacment which we really didn't think would have been avalible , buy he adapted a new part with the old one and boom we were fired back into life . The service was second to none , could not ask for nicer people and workmanship was briliant and on a Friday afternoon!!!!! We where back on the road to enjoy our jollies once again and this time nice and warm, cost was more than reasonable . Thanks again

Fast and efficient. Phoned on Monday as the thermostat had packed up. Guy turned up Tuesday morning on his way past, with the parts. Fitted and tested then serviced the boiler. Hard to beat. I wouldn't care I had advised not urgent but the office staff made him turn up because they didn't want us waiting till the end of the week.

I am so happy with the work carried out on our roof. They put up the scaffolding when they said they would, waited 5 weeks for a dry calm day and then came as soon as conditions were favourable as promised. They put 4 men on the big job and so where able to finished in about a week. Perfect timing for my family visiting from abroad. I am so grateful. The boss was really easy to deal with. I strongly recommend. Benside.

A quick response from Lewis Builders in our hour of need, really pleasent and helpful staff particularly Harry. Many thanks to Gordon and Scott for coming to repair the gas regulator on our camper and providing a temporary fix until we got home.

Regrettably poor. Phoned to get work done after a day no call back so phoned and said I was awaiting response. A week later still no contact made.Web site over sells their ability and service. Simple to return calls and if not interested or unable to do work just say so. Called pre 5pm on a Friday to chase up to be met with recorded message which largely emphasised the extra costs of asking for anything at a weekend! Can not comment on their work quality as never got near to knowing. Experience in business tells me that this comes home to roost.......may take time but believe me it will. Would not normally take time to respond but as worst experience of poor customer service care for long term necessary to warn others. Does the receptionist not even take enough interest to see her messages are attended to?
