Today, I was travelling between Gilwern and Abergavenny (mid afternoon), when one of your vans pulled dangerously out into the outer lane, no indication and it was absolutely top late causing me to break very heavily to avoid an accident. I sounded my horn and flashed my lights and after he pulled back in and I overtook him, he stuck his middle finger up at me. What an absolutely disgusting staff member you have. He was young and I think he had short curly hair possibly. You should be really proud of him displaying such behaviour in a company van, a great advert for you
The phone system is easy to use to get hold of the right person. Everyone I've dealt with over the years is friendly and helpful.
Staff at The Sheffield college just sit around all day or you find them in random rooms sleeping
