Incredibly rude manager who eventually came round after 3 months. Asked about the rat sized holes they left & accused me for filling them in! Look, this is the basic budget option. If you are experienced in this field and have 10hrs a day to project manage and troubleshoot on their behalf, then yeah they're cheap - go for it. One word of warning, don't invite Richard onto your property

I am very satisfied with the Heat Pump system supplied and fitted by Menai Heating. The process to replace our old oil boiler was very smooth and the £9,000 grant paperwork was all handled by MH. I recommend this company - great customer service, dependable and left the house clean every day. Diolch yn fawr.

Edrych mlaen i weld sut mae'r system yn perfformio dros y gaeaf. Great company to deal with. Solar, battery and heat pump installed. Also upgraded pipework and 3 radiators. Solar and battery are amazing, and heat pump practically silent. Changed from oil central heating. Highly recommended.
Exceptional service throughout our installation. Very thorough design as to maximize our potential paneling, pre install checks of our property, and brief on time frame for fitting. The lads where there on time, work carried out to a high level. Even went as far as to adjust positioning of cables so that the new wiring was hidden as much as possible, with as little intrusion as was practical. A full explanation of how to operate, and FAQs given to me once the work had been completed, along with details of how to contact them if I had any further questions. They even cleaned and brushed my carpets after installation to ensure no signs of work where left behind. Would highly recommend them.
