We decided to take advantage of the ECO4 Scheme and as both of our neighbours had had successful installations by Menai Heating, we decided to go with them also. Always, we like to choose local businesses, contracting & employing local people. The installation went very well, from the initial survey, through to the final inspection. All the trades that worked on the system always turned up as arranged, cleared up after each day & worked really hard for us with a friendly manner. Just had a full heating system upgrade (heat pump, solar, battery). From start to finish, Menai Heating has been so professional and competent, along with all office staff and all the various contractors (Louie the lead plumber, Ash the lead electrician deserve special mention). Great advice initially and throughout, prompt service, cleaned up every day. Had our "after sales" quality inspection yesterday and they found one, yes one, loose screw that needed tightening (wish I only had one screw loose!). Well done and thank you to the whole team. Can't recommend enough.
