I was assessed by Warmworks government scheme and referred to Montali for a complete new central heating and fire detection system to be installed in my home. From start to finish, warmworks provided an excellent service. I was given concise instruction of how best to prepare my home for the work to be done, a carpet fitter was also coordinated with Montali to uplift and relay any carpeting that would affect by the work being done. On the morning of the job, the first van of the team arrived at 7.30am, The friendly team started the job promptly and worked like absolute trojans professionally and had the boiler removed, moved and replaced, along with new radiators, pipework and outside vents fitted by 12.30, the electrician also completed his part of the work not long after, explaining thoroughly how to work the new systems, with carpet fitter relaying my carpets perfectly the next morning. All these guys done a sterling job and I am now so grateful to have a reliable heating system and cosy house for Christmas. I won't hesitate to recommend the whole team to anyone and think they should win all the warmworks awards! From start to finish, the team were professional, well-organised, and extremely clean in their work leaving everything spotless once the job was done. Thank you to Ryan and his team who successfully installed a new gas central heating system in my old 1930s property. It was nothing short of miraculous what the installers achieved in 1 day! We had gas central heating installed through the Scottish government home energy efficiency scheme. Montali were both polite and professional throughout the process. The engineers left a fantastic job, cleaning up after themselves and finishing the work within 1 day. Derek the surveyor was very knowledgeable and liaised with us, keeping us informed every step of the way. Great job boys! Well done everyone at Montali.
