Up to dates appointments with out delay.
We had no power to any of our thermostats when the engineer arrived. He checked all the obvious areas, but with persistence he discovered the fault in the UFH control panel, it was rectified, next he exchanged a defective thermostat, result being all 'stats' working, and from our point if view we have warmth again. Thank You Gregor
