Absolute worst company. They failed to show up on date shown on letter even after numerous calls and correspondence claiming and assuring they would come asap for the gas check. My partner stayed at my place all day for them for me and missed seeing family that were coming to see us and numerous other things on a hot day all day due to this. I took a day off work and nearly missed appointments for a long time that day. For them to never even show. Then while I was away supporting my mother after my grandfather passed away for a few weeks- they had apparently tried three times to get in without telling me- then having to break and change the locks for me without asking also; to not be able to get even in when I arrived back home. AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY OVER £100 FOR THIER STUPID MISTAKE I DONT THINK SO!!!!😤😤
AVOID! I experienced missed appointments, last-minute appointment changes without my agreement and contradictory explanations when I tried to find out what had happened. What was even more disappointing was the complaint handling process. I submitted two separate complaints relating to different issues, yet they were effectively merged together and treated as a single complaint. This gave the impression that the focus was on limiting liability and compensation rather than properly investigating the concerns raised. Sureserve later acknowledged that their communication had fallen below the expected standard, but offered only £15 compensation despite the multiple service failures involved. Poor communication, poor organisation and a disappointing complaint handling process from start to finish.
We recently had Sureserve, Bathgate install a new boiler, radiators and smart vents to our home to make it more energy efficient. Wow, the guys on the day were absolutely incredible. They worked fast, as a tight team and all was finished with no issues by 3pm. From the initial survey to completion, they are brilliant. Really put our minds at ease shout what we could expect on the day. We now have a wonderful new boiler and radiators which means no more freezing showers and flashing warnings to repressurise the system. Highly recommend the team!
We had a fantastic service from SureServe Bathgate staff. From the office staff, the boiler installation team, the smart vent team and even the Inspector, everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. I was slightly anxious after reading some of the negative reviews posted here. However, our experience has been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you SureServe Bathgate, from two very happy customers 😊😊
