Thermatek were great! Replacing the boiler boiler in my flat was a tricky job given the position and the building. Neighbours in other flats had been forced to get an electric boiler by other companies that didnt want the hassle, but Thermatek were able to make it work in a compliant gas safe way to a very high quality. They fitted a new Keston combi boiler, and removed the old boiler and heat tank. They were super friendly and helpful to me and my neighbours whose flat they needed to access to carry out the work. The work was done at a very fair rate especially given the quality. Thermatek left my flat and the rest of the building tidier than they found it, and with a more efficient heating system that will save me money in the long run. They also took the time to explain the work they were doing and the most efficient way to run the heating. When finishing off, their standards were even higher than mine about the quality and tidiness they left behind. Great experience start to finish, 10/10 would recommend, and will be employing them again to service the boiler.

I recently had my traditional heating system and accessories replaced with a combi boiler and am very satisfied with the results. From the initial inspection to installation, Ryan was professional and responsive. He explained the options and their pros and cons as well as recommended efficient choices based on my home's needs. The installation was quick and neat, also my home was left clean and tidy. I appreciate Ryan's expertise and commitment and I highly recommend him for gas heating services.

Thermatek installed a Greenstar 4000 boiler at our house in January and we would highly recommend them for service, great value for money, professionalism and dedication. The team came, carried out a messy and complicated job with minimum fuss and cleaned up and replaced everything as if they had never been there. All within one day. Boiler works well and Ryan was very good at explaining everything so if you are wondering which company to choose for boiler repairs/installation, look no further.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
