Very helpful and knowledgeable engineers
Although this was a minor repair to an old piece of equipment Greenfuture managed to fit us in quickly. The receptionist made all the arrangements and was thoughtful and personable. The engineer plus apprentice were polite and explained each step of their progress. As it was an old piece of equipment it took some head-scratching; but they persevered and managed to fix the fault. I was delighted with the speedy and efficient service we received.
My parents use Greenfuture and have received good service with sensible prices so I tried them when my old plumber retired. Very easy to deal with and the engineerwas friendly. The boiler service was on time and all seems good.
