Gas boiler installation completed to a very high standard. The engineer was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. Everything was checked carefully and finished neatly. He explained what he was doing, answered questions clearly, and made sure the system was working exactly as it should before leaving. A professional job from start to finish. I would happily recommend him.

Anderson is such a lovely, helpful and efficient tradesperson - he has helped us a few times now by installing a new water tank and emersion heating element for our flat. He is a great communicator and was available to help as soon as he could. I recommend him and will use him again!

Prompt service when I was stuck in a bind. Encountered a broken faucet where I had to close main water valve in order to stop water flow. Called up other plumbers who promised to show up on Saturday and never bothered to even call. Instead I called Pacific Solutiond Sunday morning and Anderson responded promptly. After showing him pictures of the broken faucet, he arrived with a new faucet and went straight to work. Was done in a couple of hours and must say thank you to Anderson once again. I cannot recommend Anderson enough, he came to fix a gas leak and I have never had such a friendly and professional plumber! He identified the problem very quickly, went out and sourced some supplies to fix the leak, coming back and sorting out the issue very quickly and thoroughly. He made sure everything was working as it should before leaving. I was alone at my apartment when Anderson came, and as a female it can be daunting having a stranger in your home. But Anderson was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Such a lovely guy! Thank you so much Anderson!

Couldn’t recommend this plumber more! Anderson was brilliant - he arrived within 3 hours of my call when my boiler suddenly started leaking water. He was super friendly, fixed the boiler really quickly and explained everything to me clearly so I now feel much better able to handle future boiler problems. Really reasonably priced & very efficient!
