Fast and knowledgeable service, identified and fixed a hot water cylinder issue within a day while keeping in excellent contact. Also many thanks to Anderson who helped to fix a floor leak in less than a day after a late evening call.
I contacted Anderson following the reviews I saw online, and oh boy, didn't I get it right. He came on the same day despite being late afternoon due to the urgency of the situation (my boiler stopped working and I had guests at home). The boiler needed to be replaced and he was super honest and reliable through the whole process. I had an issue with the hit water in my bathroom after the installation and he came to give it a look the say after the job was finished, even though it ended up being a complete different issue (as he suggested over the phone) with a very easy solution. Extremely happy with Anderson's work, and I totally recommend him in this complex and stressful world of broken boilers 😁. Oriol
Gas boiler installation completed to a very high standard. The engineer was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. Everything was checked carefully and finished neatly. He explained what he was doing, answered questions clearly, and made sure the system was working exactly as it should before leaving. A professional job from start to finish. I would happily recommend him.
Highly professional, efficient, and an expert at what he does. Anderson was reliable and lovely to interact with.
Anderson is such a lovely, helpful and efficient tradesperson - he has helped us a few times now by installing a new water tank and emersion heating element for our flat. He is a great communicator and was available to help as soon as he could. I recommend him and will use him again!
