Seem to like driving their van like absolute idiots! Nearly caused a crash in front of me today on the M1 narrowly missing a bus full of children. Swerving in and out of traffic like they were on some sort of illicit drug. Dash cam footage submitted to the police. I’d avoid!
Booked an appointment for survey. Received a follow up call requesting details of quotes I had sought from other companies specifically how much quotes were from other installers Kept the info to myself and then they cancelled last minute. Yes that's right I did not share any quotes with them! Make sure you get other quotes in before commiting to them. I think you will likely save yourself some money by going elsewhere. Do your research beforehand. Imperative to say the least. I have since noted their response. Any person with integrity and a desire to not be fleeced would shop around for the best quotes. This is human nature. The fact that this company wants to prise info from you pertaining to competitors pricing is laughable as is their comment regarding me suggesting I already had a preferred supplier for the install. Clearly no logic here. This is not a nasty review but it is truthful to its core. Do your homework, get plenty quotes and make an informed decision. Save yourself some dough and learn from our experience.
We had 9 panels and a battery installed this month. Jack and Henry did a great job and finished the installation in one day. Their interactions with us were professional and friendly.
Absolutely fantastic service from Use The Sun with the installation of our PIV unit – it quite literally saved the day! Josh, the installer, was an absolute pleasure to have in the house. Even though there was a slight delay at the start because the unit hadn’t been delivered to the wholesaler on time (completely out of his control), he came back the very next day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The reassurance and support I received from Eddie throughout was second to none – professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Use The Sun again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Many thanks for Josh at use the sun sorting our system out that was installed in august but only just up and running as it should be
