Avoid Avoid Avoid Paid huge deposit for the installation of ASHP with cylinder been told regularly the cylinder is not available, through some digging managed to get to Pauls 1-2-1 and managed to sort out the cylinder within 2 weeks where we have been told 12 weeks. Constant lies, no customer service and will end up in court & complaints to MCS Do not get fooled by Paul and find a reliable installer who won't take you for a ride
