Had a boiler installed and several caps on the radiators that allow you to control the temperature in each room separately and remotely via an app. They took my old boiler out and replaced with a newer one (which I contributed to on a government scheme) but they left all the pipework exposed under the boiler and removed the shielding that was there before. Was told someone would come back to fix this, which never happened, despite repeatedly chasing them up. The remote control of the radiators intermittently works and the pipe under the boiler has leaked on one occasion since. Tried repeatedly to contact the company but someone answers the phone, takes details and promises someone will ring back, but never happens. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL, THEY ARE COWBOYS AND PROVIDE SUBSTANDARD WORK WITH NO RESPONSES BACK WHEN YOU TRY AND CONTACT THEM TO RETURN TO SITE.
This company doesn't respond to emails or phone enquiries, be careful. Wouldn't recommend.
I had someone been to look at the loft and since then never get back. When try to contact as a reply I've been told the person who I am talking with is no longer work for the company. Other time been given advice to try sort things by myself. I would never recommend this company to none!!!!
Everything was good.they are very professional.
They came to do the insulation, filled insulation in my exhaust fan hole in the kitchen. It’s been over 2 months I am unable to turn my exhaust fan on because when I do All the insulation starts flying off like it’s snowing. I have called several times and emailed for someone to get back to me on this issue but till date no one has. Every time I call, they say someone will call back but none does. And no response from the email either. I don’t know what to do.
