surveyor - very polite and professional. workman - also very polite, and worked hard. arrived on time and was no trouble at all. when it came to paying, i was handed the phone whilst holding my baby at 14:55 (time to collect my other children from school) and asked for my card details. I was surprised as the surveyor had said that I would.receive a call after the workman had left. I gave my card details to a man who i found.to be very abrupt. I was.told my card had been declined and I MUST give him another card. I explained that this was the only card I had with this amount of money on, and I had no idea why it had been declined. I now know, that the bank had requested confirmation because of the high amount. He then told the workman not to leave my house until I had made.payment, as if i was a criminal. the workman then waited outside (meanwhile i made arrangements for my children to be kept at school) whilst i found.another card to make payment. I THEN had to knock on the workman's van so as to ask to speak with the man in the office again (who was still on the phone, clearly discussing the matter) and I explained i had no idea why my payment had bounced... but I was rudely interrupted and asked for my card number. upon giving this to him, i explained that there was no reason for him to be rude. I made the payment, and the workman was allowed to leave my property. after leaving me feeling very uncomfortable. 2 neighbours have asked if i recommend the company for them to have their cavity wall work completed, but I have advised to go elsewhere. such a shame, because the workman did a fantastic job, only to be let down by a rude arrogant office worker.

I have gone online and filled out an application within 28 hours I received a call to book my free survey! The lady on the phone that I spoke to was very helpful and was able to help me arrange a date suitable for both of us I had the survey carried out a week later and the assessors were brilliant, they came to the property and did the measurements and then within a week i was contacted to get myself a date for one of their installers to come and insulate the property The guy who insulated my loft was called Steve and is a very welcoming and charming young man, he was very polite and made me feel very comfortable I would highly recommend this company best service and help!

Dreadful, absolute time wasters as others here have said. Wasted over 2 months waiting for them to get their act together - it never happened. We waited a month for the first visit for quotation, which they cancelled last minute, and another month for the second that was also cancelled late (but only after I had checked to see if they were coming). No response to calls or emails since. Always amazed by businesses which think they can afford to turn easy money away with such appalling business practices.

Absolutely disgusted with this company Absolutely disgusted with this company. We had someone round to look at the loft a few weeks ago who seemed pleasant and professional. We had an email to confirm a date that the loft insulation would be done and told to clear all debris and old insulation from our loft. On the day of installation I waited in all day (they said they could arrive from 8-12) and no one turned up! I rang twice and was told both times that no one was there who could help and that someone would call me back. I have not heard a peep from anyone and so have even less insulation than before! Avoid this company!

Didnt show up for loft insulation. Took a day off work unpaid and waited in all day. Called and kept getting the phone hung up on me when I did finally speak to Rebecca she was extremely rude and offered no explanation as to why they wasnt coming. This company is to be avoided at all costs extremely unprofessional and couldn't give a dam about the customer. Took pictures of my personal information including letters that contains national insurance numbers date of births and full names. Really concerning. Reported this company to as a possible scammers as the way I have been treated it seems they are!!!

Frequently asked questions

How do I know you’re properly qualified and certified to install heat pumps?

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).

Can you tell me if a heat pump is actually suitable for my home?

We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.

What type and size of heat pump will you recommend for my property, and why?

We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.

What will the full installation cost be, and what’s included in your quote?

Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Can you help me access government grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.

How much disruption should I expect during installation, and how long does it take?

A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.

Will I need to replace my radiators or upgrade anything else in my home?

After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.

How noisy is the outdoor unit and where will it be installed?

Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.

What warranties, servicing and aftercare do you provide?

You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.

What running costs and savings can I realistically expect compared to my current boiler?

We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
