After discovering a leak on our boiler. I messaged Oxley Plumbing and Heating in a panic, and they were brilliant from start to finish. Mike responded really quickly, arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the issue – a faulty part that needed replacing. The repair was done professionally, cleanly, and he even took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how to avoid similar problems in the future. Everything was back up and running perfectly, and the price was very fair – no hidden extras or inflated emergency call-out nonsense. Polite, tidy, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. Excellent service from Mike today: I literally called everyone on checkatrade, plus a few others from Google page results, and Mike was the only one (out of dozens) that was working on the weekend, available for fixing a leaking radiator valve, actually had the parts ready to go, AND didn't charge stupid prices. It's really hard to find people like him, so save his number for the future!
