Thank you once again Adrian for your excellent service and follow up. Busy Energy carried out the service on my ASHP this year and despite it being a bigger job than expected, Adrian just pointed it out and got on with it without complaint or hesitation. He further revisited my house when I needed advice on a potentially dangerous fault with my unvented cylinder. He calmly diagnosed the problem, reassured me it was safe to use, and confirmed the problem was easy to rectify. A very professional company with an eye for excellent customer service.

Adrian and his colleague were first rate in their recent visit. The repairs to the air pump heating pipework were in a cramped space and the servicing required two visits to wholesalers for repair pieces. Nothing was too much trouble them and their guidance and recommendations are very helpful. The report following the visit was all part of the excellent service we received. Adrian and Sam were excellent at fitting our new air source heat pump. From the initial quote Adrian was a breath of fresh air, so knowledgeable and helpful. We really felt like he genuinely cared and wanted us to get the best ASHP at a price that was suitable for our budget. We had lots of questions and he answered them swiftly but in depth. Even after it has been fitted he has offered to come around at a later date to walk us through how we use it in Winter as it’s likely we will forget throughout summer. Adrian and team have been absolutely top notch from day one. We had a heat pump installed in a large house with no existing wet central heating system. Adrian managed the whole experience from start to finish, he was available seeming day and night to answer our endless list of questions! The various trades that came to complete the install were all very professional. We had 19 radiators fitted which took hundreds of metres of olumbing. The lads cleaned up at the end of every day so we could still live in the house whilst the install was taking place. The system itself has worked a treat since. The difference it has made to our house can not be underestimated. Adrian obviously takes great pride in his work. His aftercare has been brilliant too, nothing is too much trouble. I had a recent accident drilling through a water pipe and Adrian talked us through resetting the system at length and called in the next day just to check things were to working as designed. I would highly recommend Adrian and team, thanks for everything guys.
