Very poor service - wouldn’t recommend under any circumstance! Used to provide a good service but has gone to pot! Inexperienced engineer sent out to me that condemned my cooker. Ordered a new unit in light of this, only to find that the gas flow to the cooker was the issue. This should have been picked up by the engineer at the gas check. It was picked up by the installer of my new unit which, in turn, delayed installation by a further week. The admin team were understanding but the technical team were rude and obnoxious. Offered to come to the property at first to discuss the issues and rectify then retracted the statement saying he was too busy. He accused me of being annoyed because I have had to fork out money which was not the issue at all. The fact that my tenant has been without a functioning cooker for two weeks was the sole and only issue. I don’t appreciate these kind of accusatory comments. There are better companies to use. Don’t use these!!

Thank you to the team of workers at Gas Co who came to install Air Source Heating. The work carried out was excellent from start to finish. The team were very professional friendly and polite. Communication was great, making sure that I was kept informed every step of the way, from introduction to completion. I knew exactly what would be happening and when works carried out would happen. Very efficient and always punctual. I was really pleased with how respectful they were of my home and how they took great care to leave everything tidy on leaving. I Recently had an EV charger fitted by The Gas company. The service was excellent from start to finish, the fitters were friendly and very respectful in my home with follow up calls to ensure everything was working as it should. I would highly recommend these guys.
