Truly excellent service. Time from order to completion of our cooling system took less than a week, with no fuss or mess. Would definitely use them again.
I got my boiler replace. The job was done quick and profesional.
They did a small job on short notice. Communication was great. Pricing was fair and the work was done with care and precision.
Very disappointing experience. I received the invoice at 18:58 and, at 19:58, the engineer confirmed he would attend the next day. Shortly afterwards, before any work had been carried out, I was asked to pay the full amount upfront. I offered to pay a deposit immediately and the remaining balance once the agreed work was completed. Instead, I was told that this was not acceptable, that there were other customers waiting, and my appointment was cancelled. I understand that businesses may require deposits, but cancelling a confirmed appointment because a customer reasonably asks to pay the balance after completion was not professional. I would not use this service again.
We found Vlad and his team to be very organised and professional. All Documentation for the boiler replacement grant sorted by them. Installation of pump and ufh ‘seamless’ , including sorting App control . Would highly recommend .
