Linas installed a heat pump at our home just over two months ago as part of the boiler upgrade scheme. This was a major piece of work, involving installing new radiators, removing the old boiler, flushing the central heating system, as well as installing the heat pump itself. We are very pleased with the whole process - Linas developed a really clear proposal, explained everything at all stages, and was diligent and organised throughout the whole installation process. We recommend him very highly. Linas really knows what he is doing, and cares about doing a really good job, paying attention to the smallest details. For example - upon removing an old radiator, he discovered that the paint behind it was a different colour to the rest of the wall, and would be visible behind the new radiator. I said not to worry about it, but he was uneasy about this, and made sure the next day to repaint this old patch of paint. Another example - we hadn't planned to have a radiatory in the kitchen as we were trying to keep costs down. Once the job was underway however, Linas realised he could move one of our old radiators into the kitchen, and he insisted on installing it there. This was hours of extra work for him, at no additional cost for us, and of great benefit to us in the end as the kitchen is warmer than it has ever been! Linas has also come back after installation to check everything and adjust some settings. After 2.5 months of use we are very happy with the system.

Linas and the team were fantastic. They carried out the installation as part of a full renovation with underfloor heating throughout, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They even worked weekends to ensure everything was completed on time — really appreciated.

Linas took great care to run the new pipes tidily, both inside and outside. He spent time doing a 'bespoke' and neat installation for my house, not a quick 'easy' installation that others I got to quote wanted to do. There were some initial teething problems caused by some small bore pipe runs in my existing system. Linas was responsive and came back to sort these small issues. He was still interested in the job being right even after he had been paid and left site. I would recommend Xpertech for heat pump installation.
