Outstanding service from Central Plumbing & Heating Ltd! I highly recommend Central Plumbing & Heating Ltd. We recently had them install a new heat pump, and the entire experience was excellent. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Liam was excellent; he went the extra mile to explain everything to us and is a tremendously knowledgeable chap. Jason also worked tremendously hard, carefully fitting the heat pump pipes under our floorboards with absolutely minimum disruption to the house. It was a really clean and professional job. No ceilings or plastering to be done at all. The whole team worked really well together, and they were always punctual. Communication was excellent—the text messages even included a van location feature that told you precisely when they were going to arrive, which made planning our day so much easier. They ensured the job was completed to the highest standard, and we are already noticing the benefits of our new heat pump. If you're looking for reliable and expert plumbing and heating services, look no further. A five-star experience all around!

I moved into a house with old radiators that were too small for the rooms so the house was cold. Liam from Central P&H came to look at heating options and advised me to get larger radiators and more loft insulation. What was really helpful, is that Liam and colleagues know the housing stock of this area with some old Victorian era houses like mine, so can advise on the best options for efficient heating.The installation took place a week later and I am just delighted with how the new radiators look, with the living room one just blending in under the window sill! Danny and colleague, who did the work, including replacing three old valves, were just fantastic and are really keen to do a great job which they did - and cleaned up afterwards! If you need advice on heating your home, boilers, upgrades, and getting the work done, look no further - this is the company for the job!

I spent a long time researching plumbing and central heating companies (and freelancers too) prior to my family’s relocation to Lincolnshire. With our moving to a former farm estate with multiple residential dwellings and several outbuildings, we knew that a reliable plumber would be invaluable for many years and multiple projects to come. After inordinate amounts of time spent digging through Google reviews, Companies House, LinkedIn, Yell, Trustpilot, and Check-a-Trade, we decided to try our luck with Central Plumbing & Heating. Retrospectively, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. We have been working with several Plumbers and Engineers from Central for over 4 months now: Liam, Jason, Will, Alfie, Josh, and Chris. Each and every one of them has proven to be a credit to their profession, both in technical skill and customer service alike. We’ve been having all sorts of work done, from bathroom and kitchen plumbing, to Air Source Heat Pump installations, dozens of new radiators fitted, decommissioning of vintage oil installations, outdoor taps fitted, and I know not what. By far the most striking constant with the Central team is their positive approach to onsite challenges. However complex or labour intensive, they regard problems as learning curves, roll up their sleeves, and just never let you down. A special Thank You has also been earned by their office team, particularly Claire, Central P&H’s Operations Manager. Whatever happens behind those scenes must be magic, considering how accommodating, responsive, and flexible Claire has been in organising the team, for example by sending us someone at short notice, when we accidentally (perhaps I should say daftly!) took a bolt cutter to a live water pipe and flooded a room. It is so refreshing, particularly in this day and age of scrambled work ethic and self-entitled mentality, to see a team of professionals who always do their very best, and take genuine pride in their work. Needless to say, we won’t be looking elsewhere for plumbing and central heating expertise.
