Great experience. Paul came to fit a new vertical radiator. He was very friendly and professional. Got on with the job and it looks fantastic. Benn was recommended to me by a friend and I asked him to quote the job. Very reasonably priced compared with others and then delivered an excellent job. Highly recommend the team at BNA.

Benn’s team plumbed my entire new build house, first and second fix. We had a range of fittings, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and utility. Paul in particular was great to have on site and went above and beyond to make sure details and connections, such as height of taps through walls, and shower fittings, were as we desired. A few months after we moved in we had a couple of small matters that required sorting out. I think the test of a good company is the callback response and in both situations there was someone on site in just a few days (adjustment for shower pressure, and a waste trap that needed a seal sorting out).I would not hesitate to recommend BNA.
