Cameron and colleagues were very professional and pleasant to work with. They assisted us throughout our first year with the panels to achieve best results. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star review is that I feel in of us have room for improvement!!! It is in no way negative. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CMS.

After doing a lot of research to determine the best solution for my house I got a number of quotes. CMS was not the cheapest but noticed their cutomer satisfaction was second to none and after speaking to Cameron who was extremely knowledgable and helpful decided to go that way. From start to finish; from the initial discussion (I was looking to add to my existing 4 kW Array) specifiying an additional 6.7 kW Array with a Powerwall 3 and Expansion Pack. The design process was comprehensive and included a drone survey, panel placement optimisation and intenal cable routing. The installation, as with all projects did pick up a few problems, but these were dealt with speedily, professionally and with minimal fuss. The on-site staff could not have been more helpful and the house was kept clean and tidy at all times. I have been running the system for a couple of months now and have to say that it is operating beyond my expectations (large learning curve on my part to get the best out of it) and support has been first class. Would I recommend SCS ? I already have

Fantastic company. Did a really good job. Explained everything to us about the heat pump annd kept us informed of each stage on the installation. Job was complete in less than a week. Very clean and tidy workers - no mess. Put all the old equipment in one place and arranged for a 3rd party to come and collect them within 2 days. MCS accreditation was provided very quickly so that I could complete my grant application. Would highly recommend CMS for air source heat pump installation.

I had four quotes before deciding on CMS. They weren't the cheapest, but I chose them because they were honest and straightforward throughout the whole process. During our discussions they actually advised that I didn't need some of the extras I was considering, so I never felt like they were trying to upsell me. In the end, I chose to make the system slightly larger simply because I wanted to future-proof it. It took nearly three months to get DNO approval, so there was a wait before the installation could begin. Although it was frustrating, I'm pleased CMS waited until everything was officially approved rather than pushing ahead, and I'm happy that there were no export restrictions on my system. Once work started, the installation team and subcontractors were excellent. They were professional, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. After the installation I asked if a few items could be repositioned to better suit my preferences, and they were happy to come back and make the changes. I also identified a couple of issues during my own testing, including while checking the system's backup/off-grid operation. Each time I contacted CMS they responded quickly, worked with Sigenergy support where needed, and had everything resolved within a couple of days. The system is now working exactly as it should, and I'm very happy with the final result. No installation is ever perfect from day one, but what really matters is how a company responds afterwards. In my experience, CMS stood behind their work, resolved every issue promptly and provided excellent after-sales support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CMS.
