MPC did a fantastic job at installing insulation, heating and solar at my property. Despite the challenges presented by my old property, the MPC in-house team handled everything professionally. Their experience and knowledge in their respective trades were evident throughout the project. The joiners, Shawn, Paul, and Sash, did an excellent job with the wall insulators, providing a fast, clean, and professional service. Billy's plastering work was of the highest standard. Jim and Luke were fantastic at installing the heating system. They faced numerous issues related to the property's layout but overcame them with their innovation and problem-solving skills. Having had several engineering jobs done in the past, I can confidently say that Jim and Luke are in a different class. Philip added the finishing touches and installed the ventilation, demonstrating exceptional skills. The project was managed and coordinated by Jodie, who kept me fully informed and updated from start to finish. Jodie went the extra mile to ensure the job went smoothly. Overall, MPC did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend their services.

Great service from start to finish, I was a bit skeptical at first but soon felt at ease, everything fully explained, install was done to high standard. Highly reccomend this company

Worst company I've dealt with. Was kept on the hook for a year when I applied for the ECO4 scheme which should have taken maximum 4-8 weeks I was told initially, passed along from one person to another and each time they told me they could do less and less for my property. Staff never returned my calls and when I did get through to a receptionist all the staff members I were looking for were conveniently out or on a call, didn't even have the guts to say to me they weren't going to do anything, just stopped contact entirely and left me to do the work myself. Would not recommend to anyone, if I could rate 0 I would

Absolutely awful company. For your money, time and peace of mind do not pick MPC.They don't turn up, don't return calls, work men did a terrible job or don't come back at all. We ended up having Ofgem and Trustmark involved in our local area because MPC had done such a bad job of so many homes they all had to inspected for faults!

In my opinion amazing company, great experience from initial contact, through the survey to the installation. Everyone friendly, knowledgable and professional. Very happy with the installation of the heaters as well as solar pannels. Thank you ever so much, already recommended you to my neighbour a couple of friends. I wish more companies are like that these days.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
