Had boiler replaced water pressure pump installed and replacement shower fitted. The service from start, including visit for estimate, to finish was excellent. Workmen were professional courteous and friendly keeping us informed as they went. Any issues quickly resolved. I would 100% recommend CGS and will certainly use them again.

He even returned closer to the project start date to talk me through the finer details again, which gave me so much peace of mind. Robbie is an absolute credit to the company. Before work even began, I also dealt closely with Lauren from the CGS office/admin team, and she was nothing short of exceptional. Every query, every thought, every moment of uncertainty—I always felt heard, never rushed. She explained options for sourcing materials and bathroom items in a level of detail that made the process so much easier. She also walked me through timelines, how my own trades would fit in, and the overall logistics with absolute professionalism. Her patience, understanding, and clear communication made the planning process a breeze. I had endless questions for Robbie & Lauren -truly endless—and they answered every one with patience and clarity. Once the project started, Matty was truly the star of the show. My mum kindly attended my home while I was at work, and she could not have spoken more highly of him. When we experienced the natural little blips that come with any renovation, Matty remained cool, calm, and completely reassuring. His plumbing skills are exceptional, and he carried out every aspect of the job with care and precision. He treated my home with the utmost respect, and I felt genuinely grateful to have someone so skilled and professional working on such an important project. CGS are very lucky to have him. Towards the end of the project we had more interactions with Kayleigh, and she also went above and beyond to help out! She was also very efficient and polite when communicating via email. I am very grateful for her help. I was also extremely pleased with the plastering and joinery work CGS arranged—both of which I will be reviewing separately. Their quality of work matched the high standard set by the rest of the team. Throughout the entire renovation, CGS checked in regularly and made sure everything was running smoothly. Their communication, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were consistent from beginning to end. If you are considering a new bathroom, don’t hesitate—CGS are the perfect company to trust with your investment. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My bathroom is now a space I’m genuinely proud of, and the experience getting here was smooth, stress-free, and handled by people who truly care about what they do. Superb service from CGS - a crucial valve failed in our boiler system leaving us potentially with no hot water over the weekend. Mitch was able to attend quickly as was fortunately in our area on Friday. He efficiently replaced the valve and left the work area spotless and fully fixed. Many thanks, would highly recommend 👨🏻‍🔧
