This company is a scam,my old dad got the eco scheme for heating and the heating is not working been ringing them for 2 weeks and don't pick up horrible service they left all the rubbish in the rooms and in the garden and left some of there dirty floorboards. My mum is housebound and disabled and no heating on for 3 weeks and disgusting behaviour by not coming back or picking phone up .avoid this company
Brilliant work done in very reasonably manner and with effective communication along. Worker and staff were great to deal with. It’s huge difference pre and post work in home temp goes down stays like unbelievable way. Hope they do best in Sheffield.
I inquired about eligibility for a boiler replacement grant last year. After review of the criteria with an eco grant representative I determined that I would not be eligible for assistance and consequently I arranged for a replacement to be installed independently. Since that time I have been repeatedly called by eco grant to discuss applying for a government handout. Every time I reiterate that I have already replaced my boiler the caller hangs up. I block the callers number but each subsequent call is from a completely different number. This business is a disorganised mess and does not appear to be an honest service provider.
