Very unhelpful and deceitful. Not to be trusted especially with a new build. Reading their reviews I am not the only person who has become one of their victims. They Built my property for Chris Walsh of Walsh Investments one of their Directors, Built without installing any ventilation in the main bedroom and leaving out the opening window which was on the Plans, going against UK Building Regulations. I was issued with an Architects Indemnity Certificate by Mr Walsh, on which the contact details cannot be verifiedfrom and an incorrect Building Control Completion Certificate, they gave wrong address to Solicitors and the Land Boundaries were incorrect. I have asked them to complete snagging and window issue for 3 years; they said they would but never did and now they won’t take my calls! Never in my life have I come across such disgraceful and unethical behaviour.
