Great pre sales service, and instillation great. Even took everything away ols water cylinder, boiler and water tank! Only issue is they need to come back as we can see small holes of daylight, as pipes outside just need a bit more sealer. Overall very good service. Also just waiting to be contacted to check all is ok, and details of the monthly service plan they offer, please!

For my new boiler and new radiators installation the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I've used GWE for boiler servicing and minor plumbing work for several years. Nice people to deal with, always prompt, and they leave things clean and tidy. Their engineer spotted a problem with our new boiler that had been causing central heating failures and had not been noticed by the original installer. (Now fixed under warranty). Recommended.

New boiler fitted, old one removed and flush of our heating system carried out today. Competitive price and very impressed with our installer who I unfortunately didn't get the name of. He was friendly, polite, conscientious, tidy, knowledgeable and very professional. Fantastic representative of his company. Tidied as he went, lay dust sheets, wiped his feet in the house and worked very hard despite this hot weather and having to test have the heating on for testing! Fully explained all the work he had carried out after he had finished, walking me through the house explaining bit by bit. Very happy with the level of service I have received from this company as a whole, from arriving to provide us a quote, to the correspondence from all their team leading up to the installation. And the installation itself. Would thoroughly recommend and so lovely to find great trades people. Thank you GWE.
