I asked them to come service my heat pump boiler in January and sent them over £200, I ended up calling them the next day to cancel it and get my money back as I had found somewhere cheaper and they said we will send your money back. I’ve been chasing them ever since and I still haven’t received my money. I now can’t even get in touch with them over the phone or email!!

Fantastic from start to finish left the house clean and tidy we had the boiler replaced and thermostat fitted and new thermostats on the rads . Really quick with service being top notch. Great, I would and will be recommending this company to friends and family. Keep you up to date with what’s happening and when. All companies should be like this !
I recommend energex for any works, they were able to apply on my behalf for a grant and promptly set a date to fit my solar panels and heating system, all the workmen were polite and tidied up after themselves. The staff have been very helpful with answering any follow up questions I had. the only reason I'm giving 4 stars not 5 is that there was quite a long wait after the main works were complete for the remedial works (boxing in pipes and removal of the remainder of rubbish) however this has now been completed and I'm very happy with the new system.
They did a great job. My house is a lot warmer then it used to be. Thank you Energex.
