After having 3 engineers out to our boiler all with different reasons as to why the boiler was faulting but non with a solution I called brook house gas in exasperation desperate for a fix! They diagnosed the problem over WhatsApp after sending them videos of the issue I was facing on the Thursday and by Monday a new part had been ordered a fitted and the boiler is now fixed! All in a timely manner and at excellent price too - thank you so much for your help you’ve resolved my 5 months of despair with the boiler!!
