Had solar panels, batteries and an air source heat pump fitted by First Choice Energy and they were brilliant from start to finish. Aaron and the team explained everything clearly, and the workmanship was spot on. you can tell they take pride in what they do. Few months in and the bills have dropped noticeably, plus the house is warmer than ever. Couldn't recommend them enough.
We had 8 solar PV panels and a 10.6kW battery installed just over 5 weeks ago and the whole experience has been excellent. From the initial survey through to installation and aftercare, the team were fantastic. First Choice Energy were professional, knowledgeable, easy to deal with and also offered the most competitive price. I’d highly recommend First Choice Energy to anyone considering going solar.
Had solar PV installed recently and honestly really happy with how it all went. The team were friendly, turned up when they said they would and just got on with it. No mess left behind and they explained everything in a way that was easy enough to understand. Already noticed a bit of a drop in the electric bill which is great, and it’s nice knowing we’re using our own energy more. Would definitely recommend
This Llanelli company did a no show for a pre booked appointment on the 06/01/26 for a survey for a new boiler for an elderly relative, I wasted annual leave for this. No communication to say they would not be coming and nothing afterwards. Left voicemail and an email - no response. I would avoid this company. Unreliable.
An excellent service with prompt professional fitters , everything was done as agreed on the day and no issues whatsoever , highly recommended.
