The guys at Fixx are always so helpful! On 02/02/26 I had my first ever major issue with my boiler, leaving me without hot water and heating. Amir who came yesterday successfully diagnosed the boiler and ordered the part needed. Today Dan came and fitted the part and thoroughly checked my boiler and advised me that I could do with a filter and a chemical flush for my system to clean it. I'm really happy with the service I receive and I'm never left without heating or hot water for very long. Thank you all. I really appreciate your hard work! James

Just had Mark L. come fit me a boiler, absolutely outstanding - I've never seen such tidy and kempt pipework - kept me plenty informed with what was going on, was patient as I asked a million and one questions, & sorted out for northern gas to fix my governorer. Proper pleased as punch I am! :)

Dan came out to our property following a call to our home breakdown services. We had gone away for new year but parents in law remained in the house. Boiler refused to fire so heating and hot water was lost. Dan arrived at the house and had fixed the issue and fully checked the boiler within half an hour of his arrival. Expert, clean and fast service at a really crucial time of year - thanks Dan, great job.

Left us waiting all day without electric after they were subcontracted the job through home serve. Waited right until the end of the day as they were about to finish to call us and let us know the electrician won’t be coming as he’s too busy on his other jobs and they won’t be able to get somebody out until Monday without a guaranteed time After discussing this with their director Craig, he didn’t really seem apologetic or seem to care after our phone call. In fact he left me with more questions than answers about how he runs his business. Shame on you Craig, if I was on old lady without heating I would be dead by the time you come out to see me. I hope you sleep well at night.
