Absolutely fantastic experience with SolarXpress from start to finish. We recently purchased 22 solar panels along with a Tesla PowerWall 3 and Gateway, and the whole process was seamless. Ordering was simple, the design team were excellent, and the installation team were truly second to none. The install was planned for one day and the team arrived on time, worked with real precision, and clearly took pride in their work. All cabling was neatly hidden, bird guard installed perfectly, and nothing was ever too much trouble for the team on site. Commissioning was completed on schedule and the system was generating electricity before the team even left. We’re already thinking about our next purchase — an expansion pack and EV charger — and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the team at SolarXpress. I would also have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Huge thanks to everyone at SolarXpress — highly recommended.

After getting quotes from 10 different providers I decided to go with Solar Xpress. Tom was excellent from the outset in providing a competitive quote that met the solar panel and battery requirements I was after. The install itself was done in a very timely manner. Michael the electrician arrived on time and quickly came up with a solution on what was not a straight forward install. He also provided a lot of helpful advice and made sure I was set up correctly on the Duracell app. The panel installers Michael and Charlie did a a phenomenal job in really difficult weather conditions. The first day after the install was glorious though - see pictures! There was a minor issue with the Duracell reporting not picking up all 3 batteries. I got through to the Duracell support team and solar Xpress technical team straight away and the issue was sorted very quickly. I cannot fault the service provided by Solar Xpress and would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Solar Express. Provided plenty of information up front and adjusted the quote a few times as I considered different options. Believe they offered good value in terms of price and the install went very smoothly - only took about 4/5 hours from start to finish. I got 10 panels with a Duracell inverter and battery setup. Also been helpful afterwards clarifying few points with the app. Only been in a few weeks but all seems to be working well and im looking forward to sunnier days!

Powerwall Expansion Pack Review After agreeing on a great deal, I was handed over to Liam, who arranged the installation and communicated clearly throughout. After sharing a few photos of my existing PW3, an installation date was quickly scheduled. The installation team arrived as planned, fitted the expansion pack efficiently, and did a great job overall. They left the area clean and tidy, taking all packaging away with them. Overall, a very good experience from start to finish.

I have researched a lot when looking for solar panels and found Solar Xpress being the best from start to finish. They been very patient with me asking a lot of questions, very knowledgeable and not chasing me down all the time like some of other companies do trying to make a sell. Don’t need to wait long for installation and the team doing it was amazing. I would definitely recommend Solar Xpress.
