Always a pleasure dealing with Renew East. This was our first service visit on the heat pump they installed last year. Our engineer Guy arrived on agreed time and after asking whether there were any issues proceeded with the service. Everything was left exactly as found and the service completed within 2 hours.
My enquiry was quickly and comprehensively handled with good clear communication. The work was effected on time, the workmen were clean and tidy. Handover was good in terms of learning about the installation. Tuition about usage was a bit quick but back up videos and diagrams have been sent so I can learn in my home time.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Renew East. From the initial consultation right through to the completion of the installation, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Kevin and Luke, the directors, were fantastic throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a complicated installation feel straightforward and stress-free. It was clear they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering the best possible outcome for their customers. The installation team were punctual, courteous, tidy, and worked to a very high standard. They treated my home with respect, kept disruption to a minimum, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was complete. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I'm absolutely delighted with my new heat pump system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin, Luke, and the entire team to anyone considering a heat pump installation.
