With some experience of heating systems in my own work, I felt confident of the ability of the Forbes George engineer, Mark Bramley, to deliver, from our first meeting. There was definitely an advantage in having the engineer, who would be installing our air source heat pump, carry out the heating survey and discuss the proposed heating system and how he would achieve it. Mark and the Forbes George team worked methodically and efficiently through some pretty unpleasant weather. Our period without heat was reduced to a minimum and we were offered portable electric heaters to help us through. We are delighted with our new heating system which, quietly and efficiently, is keeping our house evenly warm.

Superb job by a very knowledgeable team to complete a solar PV install with battery. No hassle quotation and advice to recommend a cleanly routed install. Very professional and considerate from start to finish, working in some testing weather conditions! The scaffolders they used also did a great job. Competitive pricing too from an established company so very happy overall with our decision.

A great job done by Will who did an emergency repair on my toilet cistern when it did not shut off and started to flood the house. He came at short notice as I had just had on operation and also had a CT scan that day so had to leave the house early afternoon. Job was completed in plenty of time and Will kept me informed at every stage. Very happy with the service I had when it was most needed! Thank you.

Nic came to quote and patiently answered my many questions. Today Rob came to fit a Ring doorbell for us. He was polite and made friends with our dog before helping us to decide where to place the bell. He was a tidy worker and once the bell was fitted he talked me through loading the app and showed me how it works. He was very patient and cleaned up before he left.

I needed a EV charger fitted at short notice and had tried my energy supplier and various other National and local electricians who offered very competitive prices, but had 6 to 8 week leadtimes. I came by Forbes George on a Google search and they had good reviews. Nic of Forbes George was able to do the job at very short notice a site survey was carried out and I was advised that my existing consumer unit which was 20+ years old would need replacing to accept the new EV charger. This was agreed a few days later I received quotation. It wasn’t as competitive as previous quotes but It was a fair price, given the timescale for the installation (2 weeks).
