Massive thanks to Nic at Forbes George for a fantastic AC install. We had some strict requirements for external pipe routing and a tight deadline to get pipes laid before building work covered the walls. Nic accommodated all of it without issue, working around our schedule to run pipes first and install the units later. He also did a great job unblocking the supplier lead times to get everything finished. Very professional, highly accommodating, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again in the future.

Nic and his team have been so helpful and professional. They have installed air con in my office and are going to fit a replacement hob in my kitchen. Friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Many thanks!

With some experience of heating systems in my own work, I felt confident of the ability of the Forbes George engineer, Mark Bramley, to deliver, from our first meeting. There was definitely an advantage in having the engineer, who would be installing our air source heat pump, carry out the heating survey and discuss the proposed heating system and how he would achieve it. Mark and the Forbes George team worked methodically and efficiently through some pretty unpleasant weather. Our period without heat was reduced to a minimum and we were offered portable electric heaters to help us through. We are delighted with our new heating system which, quietly and efficiently, is keeping our house evenly warm. Following our satisfaction with the heat pump installation in January, we had great confidence in choosing Forbes George to add a battery and inverter to our existing solar panel system in July. We are again delighted with the service provded, this time by electrical engineer, John Jeffries and his assistant.

Nic and co fitted air con recently in our home. From quote to installation was only 10 days, which we appreciated in the heat. The team of multiple Josh's were incredibly polite and professional. We were super impressed from start to finish. We had a small issue with our installation after 2 weeks and again the team came out very quickly and resolved for us. I have recommended Nic to alot of people already and will continue to do so. Thank you, from a very happy family who can now sleep again in the heat!
