We’ve used Gas World for over six years, but were very disappointed by a recent repair. We followed clear advice from their engineers to buy a spare part, only to be told it was wrong, then it turned out to be correct. Despite this, they refused to fit the part because it wasn’t purchased through them. Their responses to our concerns were unfriendly and dismissive, with no ownership of the conflicting advice or confusion caused. Poor handling from a company we once trusted.

Brilliant. Booked an appointment as I thought there was a problem with boiler and it was getting close to annual service, appointment was made easily and efficiently. Gas World Engineer arrived at time specified, no problem detected and service completed v efficiently. Made payment through Accounts Dept later that day, very easy. Great company that I have used for last 7 years and can highly recommend.

My wife and I visited the Gas World showroom this afternoon after having viewed their You Tube video extolling the virtues of being a family firm with the ' client experience ' being important to them. This was not reflected in our visit. We spent about 25 minutes in the showroom but were not approached by any member of staff whom we knew were on site because they closed two doors on us. I imagine we were interrupting something more important than we could offer. Very disappointing and we will now be taking our business elsewhere.
