Amazing service from an amazing company. Had issues with our kitchen sink and rang up Tues night and they organized a plumber to come out Thursday. Turned out to be an electrical fault and they managed to get them out the same day. Problem fixed and all round great service. Always use GOS for any issues, staff friendly and workman thorough and get the job done
We cannot recommend Gos enough for going above & beyond with customer service. Marc took such pride in his work & attention to detail. Exceptionally clean & tidy worker. Many thanks to him. Nathan also exceptional work with his apprentice Reece. Thanks to David for for all his professional work advice & support & thanks to Nikki for being so friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend Gos.
We have a maintenance contract with GOS Preston and needed their out of hour services when our boiler didn't fire up this morning. The 24 hrs call was answered I was transferred quickly to Julie in the office who took my call. She was very helpful and understanding. An engineer (Chris) arrived earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed the problem. A really good service from a local firm. Thanks again Chris for your friendly and informative nature. Top marks.
