I had a fantastic experience with Heatco and couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole team were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Grant was incredibly patient and helpful from the start, taking the time to explain all the different boiler options clearly and providing quotes for each one so I could make an informed decision with no pressure. Liam carried out the installation and was an absolute top guy - really friendly, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail once the job was complete. The quality of his work was outstanding: the pipework was clean and tidy, and there wasn’t a single mark left behind. No damage, no scuffs, nothing. I also met Kevin (the owner) a couple of times and he was great as well - approachable, professional, and clearly takes pride in the business. Overall, a brilliant service from start to finish. Based on my experience with HeatCo, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service to anyone needing professional gas installation or servicing. We had a complicated non-standard situation in a Victorian home with two combi boilers and multiple other gas appliances running off a commercial meter. Heatco advised us that we needed the services of an authorised commercial gas engineer. From the initial survey by Grant, to follow-up investigations by Kevin and their Commercial Engineer, they could not have been more thorough in making sure that the job was properly specified and carried out safely and to a high standard of workmanship. Also, they were very helpful in explaining the rationale of all their suggestions and what was necessary. I have a high degree of confidence that all has been done to the highest of standards. I am delighted with the job they have done for me which includes a new Combi-boiler, upgraded gas supply piping and a new radiator. Many thanks to James for most of the fitting backed up by the rest of the team. I appreciate you putting back flooring, cabinets and radiator covers as they had been before. All staff were a credit to their company and a pleasure to have in the house. We will be needing some further upgrades to our other gas appliances in future and HeatCo will be my first port of call.

After my 18 year old boiler packed in I looked for a highly rated local company and found HeatCo. I put the quote request into the website, Kevin called not long after and arranged to come out the next day to take a look. We agreed a price, sorted finance and a date. Finance was competitive and straightforward and I changed the term to suit my teams. The HeatCo team turned up on time for my install. Really friendly, worked quickly, tested everything and tidied up at the end. I got a demo on how to work the new Glow Work boiler and the new Hive before he headed off. The following week the pressure on the boiler dropped and I found a leak in an upstairs radiator. This leak was unrelated to the work HeatCo had done but Kevin arranged someone to come out and they were able to repair it quickly, everything is running great again. Top notch service, really professional staff and I’m delighted with the products installed. Highly recommended local company.

Great company from the very first contact had a visit from grant to give me a quotation no pressure to buy just a real honest opinion few days later I made contact to see when I could have the boiler installed one week later it’s in and working great the guy tha fitted it did a great tidy job.
