Mike and Lee from Green Dragon Gas Heating Services have just installed a new boiler and fitted a new cylinder for my in-laws and I cannot recommend them enough. After being let down for over two months by other companies with no-shows and empty promises, finding Green Dragon online was a relief. From the very first call they were responsive and professional, answering immediately and visiting the same day to assess the boiler. We really appreciated how quickly they acted and how straightforward they made everything. A clear and fair quote arrived within a couple of hours and they went out of their way to fit the work in quickly, even rearranging their schedule to ensure my in-laws were not left without heating as the weather turned colder. Their standard of work is outstanding. They were meticulous, careful, and kept the house immaculate throughout. Both were a pleasure to have around, respectful at all times, and always kept my in-laws updated directly while also keeping me informed by text. We were reassured by the way they took time to explain things and made sure everyone felt at ease throughout the process. When they discovered the cylinder also needed replacing, they sourced and installed it the very same day, once again showing their commitment to going above and beyond. Green Dragon is an exceptional company, completely reliable and trustworthy. We are very grateful for the care and effort they put into everything and so pleased to have found them. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Great prompt service I had to get in touch today (20/1)because of a leak in my Worcester Bosch boiler they came over and fixed the issue within the hour thank you again

We were having a bit of a nightmare when our new house had a gas leak and needed the boiler replaced especially during a cold snap; Lee and Mike came round the same day I contacted them to quote us for the work and were very knowledgeable, suggesting things we would or wouldn't need and they were able to fit us in short notice which we were so grateful for given the cold. Very impressed and they will be the first ones I call if I have any plumbing issues in future
