We called them out of hours as we had smoke coming out of our cooker electrical socket. I left a message on the out of hours voicemail and had a call back within a few minutes. The guy came out within about half an hour and fixed the problem. He was a really nice guy and saved our roast dinner.

Chris provided excellent advice in solving the problem of getting a cooker power cable to my kitchen in a difficult situation. I was able to arrange a quick appointment to do the work. Jonnie and Ashley arrived on time and were extremely polite and explained what was requiired. They worked very hard to solve a tricky situation but did so effortless with good humour. They were very knowledgeable and completed a brilliant job within the day and spent time to tidy up any mess made.Nothing was too much trouble. Avoid at all costs. I had the misfortune of my landlord contracting them for three jobs. Replacement of a storage heater , wrong heater installed, then replaced. Replacement of a dimmer switch, wrong model installed. Replacement of a cooker hood /extractor, not working. Contracts manager unable to grasp basic physics but happy to patronise client.
