I couldn’t be happier with the service from Halifax Heat Pumps & Electrical! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time, took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about doing the job right. The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Halifax Heat Pumps & Electrical to anyone looking for reliable, professional heat pump service. Great company, great service, and great people!

Halifax Heat, in my opinion is the best company to choose when installing a heat pump. The crew arrived at 8 in the morning and were finished by 3pm. The electrical and installation trades staff were professional, polite and efficient. The project manager went over the installation plan with me, and made suggestions that I was completely satisfied with. Before the installer left, he provided a complete tutorial on how to use the remote control that operates the unit. Demonstrated and made suggestions on how often to clean the filter. I was then given an easy to read manual covering all aspects of operating the heat pump. Having Halifax Heat partner with Costco was a bonus. I'll receive 10% of the cost of the heat pump in Costco credit which I will use for the purchase of my winter tires! Shout out to the friendly office staff who kept me informed at all times! Thank you!
